Medicinal Herbs

Medicinal plants have special properties that help them from the human body

remove bacteria, viruses and parasites.

With the help of medicinal plants, we can balance all the functions in our body.

IMPORTANT : In the attachment below you will find many tips on how to use medicinal herbs for various diseases and to maintain health. These tips do not replace classical medicine and therapies provided by a doctor, but in most cases they can help to restore full health faster and easier by using herbs complementary to classical medicine.

FIRST AID FOR COLDS AND FLU I

  • It is very important to react to the first signs of the disease.

  • All channels in the head must always be clean and passable.

  • At the first appearance of pain in the throat, gargle warm water with baking soda mixed in (half of water - half of a flat small teaspoon of soda), every 15-20 minutes, until the pain stops, one sip at a time.

Soda water can also be swallowed. The pain will go away in an hour or two.

  • To disinfect the nose, clean the inside of the nostrils with pure lemon juice using an ear cleaning stick.

  • In case of ear problems, apply brandy to painful areas, the neck and around the ears. For children, dilute brandy with water.

  • Sea water for the nose - use 2x a day preventively, and 4x a day at the first signs of illness. One strong or two weak sprays in each nostril. The head should be tilted back. After 2 seconds, straighten the head and shake the nose, but not strongly and for a long time, so as not to cause pressure and pain in the ears.

FIRST AID FOR COLDS AND FLU II
(TEAS)

  • Inhale with baking soda. Disinfects all channels and lungs.

  •  Drink as much liquid as possible to cleanse the body of viruses or bacteria:

  •  Chicken soup / The whole chicken or pieces with the bones are cooked for a long time on low heat with celery, carrots, leeks, and black pepper (grain is better). Black onion can be added, and with the peel, if it is necessary to stop a strong cough. Parsley and garlic are added to the soup when it is ready or in a plate. Other soups served with parsley and garlic also help.

  •  Teas with lemon and honey: protect you from dehydration, moisten the throat and make it less sensitive. It is best when these drinks are warm, because then they break up the accumulated mucus better, unclog the nose, and ease the cough. Less lemon if the throat is very irritated.
